why do my smileys and some of the grafix look like and do this....whatever...heres a few examples....






see the streamers that are left behind?? if you dont then i guess its my system...wither that or i got some bad smileys....i didnt get them doing that...so i just dont know what to do if anything  about it...

any thoughts or ideas?

If this happens alot on just basic using , look below.  If this only happens on emoticons ... than hell if i know  :haha:

Check hardware configuration.
Scan for viruses : http://housecall.trendmicro.com or PM me for a antivirus program
Scan for adware and spyware :http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html or pm me fr that too.
Make sure your vid card drivers are up to date.
