HEELP! At times my PC runs at start up then it freezes when the Window OS loads or yet it fails to show on screen. Do I have to replace the memory module or power supply?

Could mean quite a number of things.
I always reccomend running " scf /scannow " in a shell. This places
all
system files to there original state. More times then not, any number if files are moved, edited, and or deleted for the sake of installations.
Takes quite some time, close all programs and have at it.
If this doesn't solve your dilemma, I would clean all the " junk " out that you know you don't need, or use. Well, do that anyway, just be thorough about it.
There very well may be hardware issues, but by cleaning and pruning the system, you can nearly rule out software. Think back to when the system began acting up, did you install something just then , or soon before the issues started ? If so, uninstall the program w/ it's included un installation program in " add and remove programs ".

No. It's essentially another computer but today it keeps on rebooting and I suspect a new freeware

it's a command prompt, so you'll have to start > run > type "cmd" , when the window comes up, then at your username, type " sfc /scannow " . Or look in accessories in start > program files > accessories> command prompt.
You'll need your installation disk to complete this.
