It's a Malware virus called "Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Zlob.ofw" and it's infecting a file named "wow0524.0ll". I've tried everything to try and get rid of this file. My CPU won't let me delete it because it's supposedly an important file and my "access is denied". I tried to disinfect it, quarantine it, move it to another location, nothing works. I then went to my virus protection software (F-Secure) website and downloaded an anti-virus program for specifically disinfect/delete the file, and that still didn't work. I don't know what else to do.

Honestly, the infected file isn't slowing down my computer or affecting the performance of any of my programs, but F-Secure is constantly reminding me with an annoying pop-up message about how the same file is infected, and it's driving me nuts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried HiJackThis? Also do you have Spybot S&D?

Okay, I downloaded Spyware Terminator and rebooted into Safe Mode, that got the job done. Thank you both for the help.

Yeah I've grown fond of that one. Best of luck with it.
