Oh I had called them yesterday... and I'm suppose to be expecting a call within the next 24 hours, not sure if thats gonna happen since its been almost 20 hours
They did say they were upgrading their "email service/software protection" I assume this is whats causing the lag?
That may may be what's going on. Just try and be patient until they call. Then you'll know more.
