Hey there caboosefanatic, not bad on either the upload , or the download, what  bandwidth do you pay for ?  And do you use cablenut ? If so, are you using vanburens CCS files for cablenut ?

For starters just download "cablenut " from the link provided, this will allow you to place different values in the registry of your operating system, specifically aimed at the details involved in transmitting, and receiving data to and fro the internet.

When you have an internet connection, there is always limits as to the speeds you can download , and upload, adjusting these settings, or  " tweaking " them, sets them to optimal performance.

First you need to know what " limits ", or  " caps " your ISP, or internet service provider has you set at. Then look in the CCS files at the link I provided, for the specific range that you have and install that file, if you need help w/ this, I'm more than sure someone will be glad to help out.
