Shows im only getting 14% of my ISP's speed from running a speed test on this website. I got Xp Pro Sp2 have installed the P2P patch my internet is RR Lite 768 Kbps down 128 Kbps Up i see prolly around 90 kB/s max i know it can go faster than that. i have done the nic card settings i have avg antivirus im virus free im running a Belkin router with latest firmware and update NIC card drivers not sure about cablenut im not all that skilled on messing with that..  i have run DrTcp and changed mtu but it doesnt register that i changed it when i run a tweak test..  if someone could tweak this and make it faster thatd be great... Thanks in advance

128 Kbps up is not gonna get you 90KB's without "hacking" your network, and I highly dis-recommend doing that your current service should be around 9-22 KB's

768 Kbps =  90 - 96 KB

One is measured in kilobits the other kilobytes per second.

It would be helpful if you would post the results of your tests.
