Recommended Tests

I have this Chicony webcam factory installed in my Toshiba x205 s9359 and it won't open, I get an error that says drivers are invalid. I need a link to Chicony that will give me the correct driver for this model webcam. Here's the camera model number: A39968DD7960 Chicony.com is infested with third party ad links and so I'm pulling my hair out. I'm trying to insert image of error window but testmynet is not letting me! It says "Webcam driver open fail. Please restart camera or computer."
What does this mean?
How do I break into Chicony for the correct driver?
Please don't reitterate the obvious! Yes I have restarted, reloaded current driver, uninstalled-reinstalled etc.!

The third one down says it is for a camera utility for Vista.
