Bottom Line:: 109X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 1.34 sec
Tested from a 12288 kB file and took 16.113 seconds to complete

i pay for 9mpbs/512Kbps
the test goes for a bit but once it hits the 12mb one it goes to about 50% then freezes then starts back up again.

Are you using any tweaks, I use to get that using cablenut, the settings were to high for the connection.

i get it with or without tweaks
and i can't reload my registry backup it says some values couldn't be changed cause they're running

I would completely uninstall cablenut, and or any  "tweaking ' program you have, clean up any unwanted junk laying around.   Then go from there.
