hi there! can anyone help me with my smart bro connection? just got it this afternoon. it was so slow. heres the stats

Download Connection is:: 346 Kbps about 0.35 Mbps (tested with 386 kB)
Download Speed is:: 42 kB/s
Upload Connection is:: 162 Kbps about 0.2 Mbps (tested with 386 kB)
