Ok heres my score, But keep in mind i am also downloading a torrent while i did this, could this be why its below average? somebody please help me speed it up, or tell me its fine cause i am downloading while i did the test?

Probably fine since you were downloading.  Think of it as a water pipe.  That pip leaks(download) and everything looses pressure(bandwidth).  May not be exact but is a simple way of looking.

Definately the torrents. Before this quad core, my speeds at times almost came to a standstill while D/Ling torrents on a single core.
