Recommended Tests

I bought a brand new comptuer recently and it came with Vista on it =/

Im not to fimilar with Vista but all i know is the download and streaming speed is WAY to slow.  Im currently connected on through a campus network, which i've ruled isnt the problem beccause when i plug my laptop in the internet is blazing fast.

Im not sure which test results i should be posting but here is the results from one i ran.

Anyother links to the tests you'd like me to run would be appreciated, im sick of losing sleep over this internet problem.
