Bottom Line:: 13X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 11.01 sec
Tested from a 1024 kB file and took 10.97 seconds to complete

If that is DSL might you be on the light package with a 768 download speed? If so your right on target.  Wink To go faster you might have to pay more. Just a guess of course.
