Probably more promo than anything for the time it was made. Since speed upgrades have happened for uploads and downloads since then.

But do notice all the 'keywords' he said were accurate. But.... Was his line 'capped' at the package speeds or was it set to be wide open, during the test as an employee putting out a video for all to see on YouTube.
