 angel Hi guys!!

i just recently subscribed to this globe service w/c is i believe is the same package that we use in the office. But the speed is a LOT slower!!! i cant even watch videos on youtube. Could it be the modem that they provided us with??? do i have to get a new one?? its free by the way. I have windows XP. I read a lot of tweaking stuff here hope it works for me. though i have read also that changing the modem will do. 

I frequently get TCP error aaargh!!!

First I'd make sure its the same package. Second try this first.

I don't know what you are paying for Globe but your download speed is pretty slow. I can get 1MPS using my cellphone as a modem on my laptop. You might try calling Cox or Comcast, I'm getting 20 times what you are getting.
