Have you asked tech support at Comcast yet?

Are you hooked to a router? Have you tried bypassing it to see if it might be that?

Could it be that Comcast still throttles there service? I know my upload varies from 2500 Kbps up to about 6700 Kbps throughout the week. I think it's because they either throttle it or it's that powerboost crap.
