I don't think that's DOCSIS ... check to see if your ISP allows docsis modems, let me know and then I can let you know a good modem Smile

It would appear after reading several documents on charters's support site that they do support DOCSIS modems.

I am down here in GA
This modem is about 1yr old and seems to be having some difficulty staying connected to my isp
I am hoping to get some suggestions on a good replacement

Yes, that is a good one.  Also, I reccomend Linksys BEFCU10 (or something like that) they are awesome modems... very fast.

GOT A REPLY BACK FROM CHARTER, SAYS AS LONG AS THE MODEM IS A DOCSIS MODEM IT WILL WORK Very Happy
