Recommended Tests

Hi I'm a smart bro subscriber, I'm just wondering why my connection start to slow down at a specific time ( past 7pm- past 10pm can't determine the exact time, Philippines time) it started last April. I've been reporting this to the tech support but it took quite sometime before they manage to fix it and it only last for about 1 week. I'm reporting again but no avail keep saying they will fix it.

I'm using this net for online game playing and I keep getting disconnected from the game but I'm still connected to the net i can surf. since this is the only the time i can play from work it's a little frustrating

it slow down to 100+ sometime 2 digit only every 7pm strikes and goes back past 10pm or 11

It's above the advertise speed since i used coolbuster's tweaking. I even thought this was the problem so i reformatted and didn't apply any tweak but it's the same
