I have RCN internet and as you can see from my test, I am getting a HORRIBLE connection. Any suggestions?

Download Speed is:: 13 kB/s
Tested From:: http://testmy.net/ (Main)
Test Time:: 2009/09/26 - 12:14pm
Bottom Line:: 2X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 78.77 sec
Tested from a 97 kB file and took 7.23 seconds to complete

Since your speed test speeds are fluctuating, maybe see if you have a splitter on the line and by pass that(temporarily remove it).
Theres also temporarily undoing the TV's cable box line as well and testing again.
