i talk to technical support and this its what i get!!!

Mine was upgraded on Tuesday.I have Basic HSI and they changed it from 3000/256 to 4800/463,much faster.You need to reboot your modem for change to take affect.Adelphia Speed Test  results.

Lucky you! I'm in West HollyWood, CA and I won't be getting those speeds upgrades until at least the middle to end of March. Confused

YAP! I just got my upload to 768, but my download is still 3000. Which is fine I guess. ;) I'm hoping for 4000/768 later on. evil6

They updated me too. My speed is faster on here than it is from their actual speed test.
