 It will go down, until Russia gets there undies in a bunch, and joins in w/ Cuba and the Saudi's to close the production down since they cannot seem to slow it to raise the price.

 Russia's markets were shut down nearly , if not more than 1/2 dozen times in the past week or so due to dropping far enough in percentage points. They must have the high oil prices to continue to financially survive as they are today. The same goes for Cuba. Don't look for good times in the worlds political arena in the very soon future people.
