Its getting so bad, there have been several instances at train stations on long island where someone is puncturing fuel tanks and stealing the gas...Not siphoning it, actually popping a hole in the tanks...

A guy came back to his car, and the police put a note on it stating that their gas tank had be punctured...The guy thought it was a joke till he saw all the cat litter on the ground absorbing what had split...
