Right now in Houston, $2.49 is cheap. Most stations are in the $2.55-$2.59 range.

I'm not there, but I guess on the islands here in MA it's up to $3.00 or so a gallon. It's around $2.55 here on the mainland.

Lets see.
1.0000 U.S. Dollar = 1.2000 Canadian Dollar
1.0000 Canadian Dollar = 0.8300 U.S. Dollar
1.00000 Liters = 0.26417 Gallons
4
Litre = 1.05668 Gallons
$0.70 X 4 = 2.80
So you're paying around $2.80CDN a gallon, if I did my math right
. I used Yahoo! for some help.

$2.60 and rising every day.....went on vacation last week, when i left it was 2.49 was gone two days and now its 2.60
i think what is happening is what happened last year for at least for where i live, the gas prices slowly rise then after a while it goes down then we feel happy that it's down...
here's what i mean, it starts off $2.00 then slowly rises to around $2.75 then after a while of rising prices it goes back to about $2.50 and we feel lucky that we don't pay $2.75 anymore, but then the next year they do it again so the prices still really keep going up.
that's what i think is going on!
