Bottom Line:: 6X faster than 56K 1MB upload in 23.81 sec

351/384 = 91.4% of your advertised upload
with approximate TCP overhead:
351*1.1 = 386.1/384 = 100.55% of your advertised upload thumbsup

here is my download speed on a 4 meg max line [4000/386]  with a torrent running and a per 2 per alsonot to bad
