glow and shadows have issues :haha:  i tried to figure out why they didn;t work once but I never finished figuring it out lol

I hope I post this in the right place but...  I noticed on a message board that some advatars was in motion.  This was on a friends computer, but when I got on the same message board it was a still picture on my computer.  How can I make it so mine does the same thing ?  I know its some sort of setting on my computer but I cant think of what it is.

If I understand you right, go to the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options..., go to the Advanced tab, scroll down to the Multimedia section and check the Play Animations in Web Pages box.
