I'm new and I've noticed my router is dragging my connection down by 2/3s.  Any idea's why a DI-604 would be doing that?

hey Narko and welcome to the forum Smile

you can try updating router firmware, also make sure your router using 1500 as MTU

run this tweaktest, with and without router and see if the MTU is 1500 both times

also when using router, set your NIC to 100 Mbit full duplex

99.23 % of Cox's upstream average? That average has gone up considerably in the last couple months.
Must be more and more 9/1, 5/2, 15/2 users testing here, but we never hear from them.

Thinking it's about time to upgrade to the 9000/1000 service.
