I need some help on setting up my website. I am trying to host it from my computer, while running it as a server. I already havae the software to do this and have created a few websites already. My question is, how do I host my own domain so I will be able to create a website with a .com or any suffix of my choosing. Currently I have been having to use free services like cjb.net. Does anyone know how I can get make/host my own domain names without having to pay for the service. I was thinking since they can choose any suffix and host it, then why can't I do something like that so I can host my own websites with unique url's. Any tips or comments are welcome...
