Is this the right section? 

My friend is planning to start a site, but he doesnt know flash. He asked me if i knew it, and i said no. He asked if i had any friends that know it, and unfortunately i dont  . So if anyone is willing to help (free of charge ofcourse ) then please reply. His site is http://h4x.no-ip.info:81/test/ and he needs to edit the links for the top section of the site so they go work.
