I just got wind of the web-link tonight. It's primarly for the northeast (beginning in Leesburg, VA.) and I know it's to compete with Verizon's FiOS. So here's the link (don't know how long Adelphia will keep the link up):

this is already making its way to the south east, i was talking to a adelphia road tech. and he was upgrading my box out side my house. And he told me that its gonna take a while for the upgrade to be finshed, because they are upgrading the network form docsis 1.0 to docsis 2.0. And they have 13000+ cmts's to upgrade just in palmbeach county FL, according to him they have about 1/2 of the NE, and 1/4 of the SE compleat already. So its just a matter of time befor we all get super fast speeds. Very Happy

Did anyone notice the discrepancy on that chart?
I was thinking "Upload a 10MB email attachment in 5 seconds, that would be sweet, but wait.."
They are confused about their bits and Bytes, try 40 seconds, but that would still be sweet. ;)

possibly need some tweaking. Depends what your Nic card is set to ? Keep in mind its just a beta test and it'll take time for Adelphia to iron out the wrinkles. I have faith in Adelphia will get this thing going in the right direction

Tweaks is the answer (not the geek). I'm already to upgrade to a 10/100/1000 NIC or a standard 1GB NIC to make sure my PC is somewhat ready. Honestly as I do more an more research, neither FIOS or Adelphia Xtreme will be readily available here where I live...so I guess I am stuck with the Premier speeds until further notice. darn
