For the 384-1.5/128-384 your speeds look very good. Maybe could do a little better on your download, but overall, be happy, those speeds are close to the cap

My question is: Is this a decent speed for having the slower (low priced) of their two DSL offerings
Yup looking good !
You'll get spoiled quick and decide that extra $10 for Pro is a pretty good Deal. ;)
It's only a matter of time.

Does anyone know what prices I might expect if I want to continue receiving SBC Yahoo DSL Express service after my 1-year $14.95/month contract expires?

Historically SBC stays ~$5 under Verizon. So I would
"GUESS"
~ $24.95 a month. Besides the whole home BB game is always evolving. Maybe $9.95 a month !

^ In all seriousness, I would not be surprised to see $9.95 a month for BB in 2-3 years maybe.
