I suppose others have had this problem but I've not read of it before.  My DWay has been giving me fits; months to get it working properly then finally got it going a few months ago and then about six weeks ago it started slowing down at dawn every day.  The problem got worse so that when I contacted DW (took them 10 days to get a techie out here) I was down to not being able to use it at all during the hours of daylight.

Installer-type got up on the roof and I was on the ground watching and chatting.  He heads for the dish with a phillips head screw driver and starts explaining to me that they don't put covers on the LNB anymore because they tend to fill up with YELLOW JACKETS.  I thought he was going off the roof to escape them.

Bottom line was that the insects were swarming in the day but would be still in the evening.  Improved my signal and I've had total connectivity for well over a day now.

BEES - BEES, they're everywhere!!!
Your weapons are useless against them!!!
Run for your lives!!!

Never had a Bee outage before, had squirrels chew through my cable, though.

Glad it's working now.
