I just finish whith this 'Getting Apache Up.'
I want to do the same but my ISP don't allow for residents to have server
so my question is :
can I do this whitout their knowledge ( Comcast)

While it's possible to run your own server, it won't go unnoticed for long...

Usually if you run on a different port you are safe. Port 81 works well

If if you run a different port.. and your server is fairly busy.. they are going to notice large amounts of bandwidth going and coming from that port..
