Recommended Tests

This really pissed me off. First thing the price use to be $52 per month for me. When I was paying that I was getting 4Mbps Down and 800Kbps up (for some reason my download was not getting as high. I have the perfered speed). One day I looked on the website....the price changed to $42 per month...so I called them and said why no one had contact me or change my bill. They said because you are getting more then double then what you should be getting. If you want us to change the price we will have to slow down your connection. Now Im getting Under 3Mbps down and 400Kbps up....This is F#@&ing bullS#!t. If I was able to get 4Mbps before and they advertise 4Mbps down connection then why can't get that for the price Im getting

my speeds are under 3Mbps. and my Upload speeds are now 450Kbps. Before I called them I was getting 4Mbps down and 800Kbps up

Im also tweaked it with cablenut....no different

I tried that...they said that they need to contact "The Big Guy" to see if they will do that...they said also they switch me to Priemer connection and it would take a few mins to take affect....its been hours and no change

This is not the first time I bitched at them...one time they (for some reason) had me connect to a street hub 10 miles away from my house where there was one about uhm 100 feet away. which killed my speed from 4Mbps (when I was getting that) down to 340Kbps down... My upload was faster. First they thought it was my system...I hate when they make you do those stupid test....(make sure you modem is plugged in) that is what they said to me........I said to them "Were you listening to me? I said my speed drop down to a slower speed...if my modem was not plugged in then I wont have a speed would I..after about 1 hour of talking to him. I got a $10 off my bill for his stupidity from his manager.
