talked to em. say problems in miami, makes sense, all pr adelphia traffic routed through there, say they're working on it. time will tell. i justr tested 66k btw. down. arghh.

Yes, there is a problem with Adelphia's Internet Service.
36k is basicly the max for standard service and it's like having bellsouth's lowest dsl service which i had years ago. I Hope they can fix the problem soon. feels like dial-up. lol
Suppose to be 4 Mbps Connection. At least the service is still working.

I'm not complaining, my friend was wondering why his web pages where loading slow so i look at it and tested the connection for him. He doesn't download huge files, but i do at times, so i really notice the speed change.

When the Adelphia High-Speed Internet service was first installed, the speeds where normal.
I'm thinking maybe it's a service load problem or a cheap hub replacement until a new one is installed in his area. Sometimes the Internet Signal goes out too, so maybe it cause it a new service here for him. Got me. As long as it works most of the time he likes it anyhow.
