Wow and I pay $50 for this.  I was wondering why my ping was so bad and getting packet loss in the game I play.  This has been going on for several months now.  Somedays the connection is ok, but its never consistent and my ping is always spiking.  I live in the Los Angeles area (West Covina).  Anyone else experiencing similar probs here?

yea I have the same plan.  I'll give them a call to see whats going on.  I did send them an email a week ago, but I haven't gotten a response back.  One thing I noticed is that my connection problems are the worst during weekdays.  Sat and Sun are usually good, eventhough tonight (Sun) is pretty bad.
