Recommended Tests

I do not know what to do i get the same thing everyday or heck with i gave up but still crap. In game 3 months ago i got pings of 30 where i allways play and had the premiere  but it was great then download speed of 7.6 mb but it went to crap so i removed it pings got high and speed droped way off i was wasteing money so no more of that,. I went back to basic one 3mb line but still pings suck  and i think the upload suck to have alook.  any help would very much be appreciated

 I have no idea what to do to get them to fix this pings in game went from 25 to 30 to 85 to 90

he said he went back to basic 3mb line, so 3/??? i think lol
