Im not sure where to post this so I just posted on my IP board.
::::::::::.. Upload Stats ..::::::::::
Connection is:: 142 Kbps about 0.1 Mbps (tested with 97 kB)
Upload Speed is:: 17 kB/s
Tested From:: http://testmy.net/ (server2)
Test Time:: Fri Aug 26 2005 13:38:00 GMT-0400 (Eastern Standard Time)
Bottom Line:: 3X faster than 56K 1MB upload in 60.24 sec
Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 27.15 % of your hosts average (optonline.net)
Validation Link:: http://testmy.net/stats/id-81UO3AIED
I wasn't doing anything while uploading the packet.When i use bittorrent and my upload speed is at 17 kbs and my download speed is reduce to sh*t and takes around 20 seconds to load the frontpage at goggle , I was just seeding so it does not make any sense that my download speed was slower.I tried things like restarting my D-Link 604 router and unplugging the router and use the SBV5120 Surfboard to connect.Any help on this one?
Im using Optimum Online.
