these are the worst prices i have ever seen for speeds this slow.Look , OMG

with a downstream speed of up to 768 Kbps and an upstream speed up to
       512 Kbps (monthly charges range from $85 for $134 depending on volume
       commitment);
    *  with downstream speeds of at least 1.5 Mbps up to 1.8 Mbps and upstream
       speeds from at least 512 Kbps up to768 Kbps (monthly charges range from
       $150 to $195 depending on term of agreement);
    *  with downstream speeds of at least 2.0 Mbps up to 4.0 Mbps and upstream
       speeds from at least 640 Kbps up to 896 Kbps (monthly charges range
       from $335 to $450 depending on term of agreement);
    *  with downstream speeds of at least 4.0 Mbps up to 6.0 Mbps and upstream
       speeds from at least 640 Kbps up to 896 Kbps (monthly charges range
       from $725 to $850 depending on term of agreement);
    *  with symmetrical speeds of at least 384 Kbps both downstream and
       upstream (monthly charges range from $99 to $140 per month.)

    The installation charge for all five new services is $300.
