QUESTION:  How do you explain that my upload to testmy.net is slower then anywhere else?  (cause im behind a router?)
Not to bash testmy.net, my fastest most accurate downloads are from testmy
RoadRunner @  7Mbps/512Kbps

Bottom Line:: 118X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 1.24 sec
Tested from a 12160 kB file and took 14.765 seconds to complete
Download Diagnosis:: Awesome! 20% + : 39.44 % faster than the average for host (rr.com)
