just trying to overclock my computer as high and safe as I can go
right now set for 20% overclocking in the bois if I goto 30% computer will
not start right and have to reset back down to 20%

here is some info from my computer

that is a pretty good oc.. here is a good little equation.. (load temp) - (case temp) = deltaT.. and deltaT shouldnt be over 30 degrees..

If it is 104C then you might have a problem..

the above temps are in F not c
its a 3 gig P4 over clocking at 20% to 3.6
cpu temp 104 F or 39 C holding
mb temp 89 F holding or 32 C
running 7 cooling fans just for case

have you taken a load temp?  if not download prime 95 and let that run for a while..
