I have a heatsink that looks like a chevy small block lol, and a 100mm fan on the side of the case running @2000rpm(plus the other fans and hd cooler)...I can run it full tilt and it never gets above 50deg c..(AMD has MAX. Temp @ 70deg. C for the 64 bit chips, before failure...I choose to not get close to that lol).

Sooner or later, I'm going liquid cooled...

I think I am going to upgrade to a dual core....Anyone need a chip?  :haha:

Yeah, my heatsink/fan is way too big for me. Smile See here: SonicTower Fan: Panaflo 120x38mm

You read my mind on the liquid cooling. As you can see from the system pics link in my sig, I had it once before, but it was very low end. High end air beat it easily, and that's why I switched back.

This time around, I'm going with an AMD64 X2 processor, High end water cooling, PCI-E, etc. Hopefully the X2 chips will be beyond 4800+ by the end quarter 1, 2006. (5200+ mabey?)  ;)
