I have done all the Trobleshoting prosses disconnect the modem, router, pc etc.
But I keep loosing conecction and this are my speed
I am on the 4/512 plan

I too have been experiencing a slow internet connection from Cox. I'm in the Northern VA area and I have the 5/2 plan. On average, I get 5.5/1.4 and I'm very happy with that. The problem started on Oct. 2 causing my speeds to heavily fluctuate and significantly affecting the quality of connection. Downloads were from 1.1 Mbps to 5.1 Mbps and uploads were from 20 Kbps to 1.1 Mbps! I can't even play my online games anymore because of lag. Very frustrating angry5

I'm having one of their field techs come over tomorrow evening to find the problem because it's driving me nuts!!! Hopefully it's fixable on the spot.

What are your signal levels?
Motorola modems (and many others) use http://192.168.100.1 to open diagnostics page.
If you can get your signal levels, post back here....
