I play Day of Defeat: SOurce, but what I hate, is the newbs that come in there that JUST BOUGHT day of defeat, I downloaded Day of Defeat back in 99 when the FIRST beta release was made available for Half Life Game of the Year Edition. Back when u could hit Z to heal, and Q to go prone... I LOVED bandages, and bandaging,  back when dod_hill and dod_omaha were the FIRST versions of the maps.

My advice, DoD is NOT like Cstrike.

why do you hate when the "noobs come here that just bought day of defeat"...

everyone has a "day one" when they start doing something...and what better way to get tips then to talk to people that have been playing it for a long time...that's what this forum is for...
so that great that you have been playing so long...so offer some advice and answer some of the questions that the "noobs" post...

I guess I should have worded that differently, I apologize, no offense to noobs, and I'm noob friendly.
What I should have said, I dislike how Counter Strike players come to DoD expecting the gameplay and strategy to be the same, it is not. DoD relys HEAVILY on team work.

that's true, just because DoD is a HL mod, some people do think gameplay will be the same.

but the game is fun, im on a 6600 radeon and it sucks because i cant run it on high settings.
