i got a letter from speakeasy saying they oversubscribed there lines and thats why i was getting bad speeds and pings but i get no credit?   how is that you give me S#!tty service and dont give me a credit and just say we did this and your paying.   

i advise anyone to get rid of this service and not get it if you were thinking about it cause they do some messed up stuff.  they also took 4 months to credit me $100 for a mistake they made and i had to complain every month and they still missed it every month.

DO NOT GET SPEAKEASY AND TELL EVERYONE IT SUCKS CAUSE THIS IS BULL SH** THAT THEY TELL ME ITS THERE FAULT AND I GET NO CREDIT.   THIS ISNT CABLE AND IT COST OVER $100 A MONTH FOR THIS 1 LINE   angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5 angry5

they want a $200 disconnection fee even tho the service sucks and they want to downgrade me instead of cancel.  lmao  i am just gonna ruin the line and get a free disconnection by makin them go nuts

hey guess what they are blocking all my pings and trace routes too probably to save bandwidth cause its overused. also my pathping seems messed up too cause it didnt go anywhere

i cant get on half the websites i used to WTF cause it says website not found.  cant even get on speakeasy speed test which is on my network.  this is by far the worst thing i have ever seen a ISP do to anyone

they just oversold there lines and i am getting sh*tty pings andd speeds cause of it.  they sent me an e-mail too that said they sold too many bonded t-1's and they have a higher sla than me so there packets get sent while i get packetloss and sh*t speed and i get no credit and nothing done.  wtf it that man i never heard of such a thing have you?
