hey guess what they are blocking all my pings and trace routes too probably to save bandwidth cause its overused. also my pathping seems messed up too cause it didnt go anywhere

any idea's how i can mess up the line soo bad it wont work and i can disconnect for free

after trying over and over and resetting my modem i got it to let me on speakeasy.net and got a crappy speed test

about 5100 down and 675 up now = garbage.   my other line has more upload than this lines download

if your talking about alot of money i would sue them and bring the email to court you would surely win for failure to provide paid services ....

i had speakeasy DSL at one point because i wanted the higher upload to run an xbox live ghost recon island thunder server, they promised me it would be capable to run the server and it was not, i canceled my service and when they informed me of a cancellation fee i told them i would be suing for failure to provide paid services and they didn't attempt to charge me the fee.

^^^^wrong depending on how you stand with them you will have a cheaper monthly bill or disconnection fee and since i had a bit of problems with them  my monthly bill is $20 a month cheaper now and my disconnection fee would be what i mentioned. 

If you Re contracted with them they can choose to set your termination fee lower and adjust your monthly rate.  Which it sounds like you did that, but its either 150 or 300, unless someone for some strange reason manually set it to 200 but that is WAY out of the norm.  I used to work there for years.  I know their policies and still have nightmares from there.  You have no argument and cant just get out of the fee for being a dick to em.  They can negotiate the fee but being a dick will not help that.
In fact I was shown this link from a friend there that had a customer (maybe you) point to this so they are fully aware of your post.
