I am part of the TWC tkeove and my speeds dropped from around 8Mbps to 6 and my upload went from almost 1Mbps  to 1/2

my new speeds are

Download Connection is:: 6324 Kbps about 6.32 Mbps (tested with 5983 kB)
Download Speed is:: 772 kB/s
Upload Connection is:: 486 Kbps about 0.5 Mbps (tested with 1013 kB)
Upload Speed is:: 59 kB/s

  :sad:you think you have it bad...I went from having a run of 10 scores over 36Mbps (one was an eye popping 40.1 Mbps) down to 3.0 to 3.1 Mbps overnight.... What the #*>!&- happened???    Disappointed in Yuma, AZ

adelphia may suck, but DirecWay sucks more, I get satalite outages every day using DirecWay, and i now have dial up just to use when DirecWay is out and not working,  best download speeds I have ever gotten was about 12X faster than dialup, but usually from 4-6 times faster most of the time

My normal routine for starting up is restart the modem, defrag, diskcleanup, then go. (I am also on dway ) check the sig. below. It takes a clean well maintained machine to run well.  Very Happy
