I got this from a family memeber who lives just out side atlanta and they he sent me the logs from his westell modem and take a look at what they are capping the service at.

yes i know skully123 is my cousin and he posts on broadband reports, thats were he told me to go to get it so he would not have to unlook the modem from the router then plug it into the computer again.
