Recommended Tests

My Adelphia Internet service has been choppy recently in Northern San Diego County.  Sometimes, the downloading speed is a bit higher than the advertised 4000 kilobits per second.  Sometimes, the speed is down around 1500 Kbps, which is where it is this afternoon.  Other times, the speed is somewhere in-between those speeds.  Sometimes, after getting a low-speed report, I've re-tested several times in a row, and the speed has increased to the top of its range.  However, this afternoon, I re-tested several times, and the speed remained around 1500 Kbps.  Of course, the good news is the service is still working enough to get me through -- at least, so far.
