What are good voltages for VAGP, VRAM (I think that's it.)?

I have options for VAGP - 1.6V or 1.7V
VRAM (Or whatever.) I got like 4 options...
And another one where I have 2.40 and 2.45

I got a Geforce4 MX 4000, what's a good voltage for me?

If your cooling handles it and you get a decent increase in overclockability, go as high as it can. Of course, that's for benching. I wouldn't go that much (+.1-.15 volts) above default if you want to run it all the time.

I'm concerned with VAGP, 1.6 and 1.7 options and I have a Geforce MX 4000 AGP 8x with not much in terms of cooling except for a case fan.

What would increasing the voltage do for that?

Usually an increase in voltage allows for a higher overclock, at the cost of more heat. If that card doesn't have a temperature sensor, it would be a better idea to keep the OC limited, and voltages to default.
