I have a amd 64 venice s939, and i can only overclock to 2400MHz and i am looking for memory so i can get 2800MHz.
I have a limit of $200-$250 and I am looking for dual channel 2GB (1GB x 2) any suggestions?

You can always use a divider. Unless you're into SuperPI and other benching stuff you won't notice the memory being slower.

yah right now i am using casair value ram 1GB and it sucks. Also i want to upgrade to 2 GB and when i use a divider i can get 2.6GHz but when i use 3dmarks05 i only get 4200 (when i have a higher memory clock and the cpu is at 2.4GHz i get 2270) so.........  yah doesnt help

I'd suggest either or these memories, they should all overclock about the same.  OCZ is probably the best known out of these sticks, however, the OCZ and G. Skill both use the same memory chips, the only difference is the PCB.
