Recommended Tests

Yesterday internet was down 8am-10:30am, then it died again around midnight for 15min.  Today it first died at around 5pm, again at 8pm, and again at 9:40pm...all for 10-15min a piece.  Before this, my connection had been rock solid for 2 months.  Are there any other Southern California Adelphia subscribers that've experienced multiple disconnects over the past 2 days?  If yes, I will hesitate a little longer to call tech support since it could be an area issue.
